Job Description:

• Fidelity National Financial Walk-in Interview For IT Help Desk – Bangalore.
• The role requires the candidate to manage and providing technical assistance for questions and problems.
• Resolving problems with networks and other computer systems.
• Diagnosing system errors and other issues.
• Following up with customers to ensure full resolution of issues.
• Notice Period: Immediate.
• Ready to work in night shifts and rotational off.

Eligibility Criteria:

• B.Tech, BE, BCA, MCA only can Apply.
• Work Experience: 0 to 2 years in IT Helpdesk.
• Only Female candidates can Apply for this position.
• Responding to queries via chat, email, or phone.
• Proven experience as a help desk technician or other customer support role.
• Tech savvy with working knowledge of office automation products, databases & remote control.
• Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
• Provide periodic updates on Regular incident reports.
• Preparing the regular tickets information along with SLA parameters.
• Maintain all the documents related to escalated tickets.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work in night shifts/rotational shifts and weekends on rotational basis.
