Job Description:

• DuPont is hiring for Process Associate (Contractual 1 year) – Hyderabad Location.
• The candidate will join the Global Sourcing & Logistics Service Center organization and will be responsible for processing Sourcing & Procurement requests for a certain commodity / commodities across various regions.
• The role includes providing Sourcing & Procurement support to the buyers & businesses across the regions.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Commerce graduate (Pursuing graduation would also work with the relevant experience in data entry).
• Should be flexible in shift timings.
• Should be ready to work from office on all five days a week

Knowledge, Skill & Abilities:

• Should have good typing skills.
• Good communication skills – both oral and written.
• Excel knowledge would be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for indexing and archiving invoices into SAP.
• Participate in the team meetings and share the improvement ideas.
• Ensuring of accurate data entry in SAP and MS office applications.
• Maintaining trackers and reports of data entry.
• Supporting team members and supervisor on Ad hoc activities.
