Recruitment:

• Help the recruitment team in sourcing candidates.
• Maintain constant communication with the candidate for better turnup.
• Maintain recruitment trackers on a daily basis.
• Schedule interviews of shortlisted candidates by coordinating with the candidate and the panel.

DBMS:

• Maintain trackers for all related activities in HR.
• Create employee masters and manage master data in HRIS.

Admin:

• Manage employee movement and issue letters accordingly.
• Bank account creations for all new employees.
• Employee personnel file management.
• Employee document audits.
• Coordinating employee advances and loans.
