Job Description:

• Diebold Nixdorf is hiring freshers and experienced candidates (0–4 years) for Technical Support (L1/L2) roles.
• Work Mode: 5 days a week with split week-offs.
• CTC: As per company norms.
• Work Location: Diebold Nixdorf, Madhapur, Hyderabad.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduation (15 years of regular education).
• Strong English communication and technical skills.
• Prior BPO tech support/customer service experience is a plus.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
