Job Description:

• We are hiring freshers and experienced professionals (up to 4 years) for our International Voice Process team.
• If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we want to meet you!
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
• 5-day work week with split week-offs.
• CTC: As per company norms.
• Work Mode: 5 days a week with split week-offs.
• Work Location: Diebold Nixdorf, Madhapur, Hyderabad.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduation (15 years of regular education).
• Strong English communication skills.
• Prior experience in BPO/customer service (International Voice) is a plus.
