Job Description:

• Deloitte is hiring for Service Desk Associate – Hyderabad.

Eligibility Criteria:

• 0.3 – 3 years of experience in an IT Service Desk environment.
• Strong knowledge of IT operations, including hardware troubleshooting and basic networking concepts.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical information clearly over the phone or through written correspondence.
• Proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat for IT-related issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems in a timely manner.
• Escalate complex issues to senior technicians or other teams as needed.
• Document customer interactions and resolutions using CRM software.
