Job Description:
- Deloitte is hiring for Associate Analyst (Virtual Admin) – Hyderabad.
- Shift Timings: 11 AM – 8 PM.
The Team:
- The Shared Services team at Hyderabad supports the Deloitte organization in North South Europe region with a wide variety of capabilities like financial reporting, HR and financial transaction processing, administrative service and helpdesk support, marketing and IT services.
Work you’ll do:
- You will be providing administrative support to different Partners, Directors and Managers.
- You will be responsible for a wide range of administrative and organizational tasks, making every day a new challenge.
The key job responsibilities include the following:
- Preparation of non-technical business communications and basic presentations; from a lay-out and a content perspective.
- Review documents for accuracy, completeness, adherence to style guides, and compliance with company standards and procedures.
- Input and update data in documents or databases accurately and efficiently, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Coordinate with various departments to collect, compile, and organize information for creating or updating documents.
- Provide excellent support, addressing their document-related inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide assistance with project-based work; be able to work independently in support of a project lead.
- Organization, coordination, and preparation of internal and external (virtual) meetings and events.
- Perform other administrative work as required; this may include handling incoming and outgoing e-mail and other correspondence; managing the agenda and arranging travel; input of timesheets and expenses; document filing on internal database.
Required Qualifications:
- Any Bachelor’s Degree.
- Good communication skills (written and verbal), problem solving and decision-making skills
- You have a thorough knowledge of basic PC software.
- You can work independently and plan and are flexible in adapting your schedule for urgent assignments.
- You are solution and customer oriented, with great perseverance.
- You are eager to learn, conscientious, stress resistant and have a positive attitude.
- You are an initiator and a real team player.
