Job Description:

• As an Associate Analyst, you will support the audit team by performing a range of administrative tasks within the ESC group.
• Your responsibilities will include drafting engagement letters, monitoring audit client compliance with SEC independence rules and Deloitte policies and managing client acceptance and continuation processes.
• Additionally, you will coordinate group audits and provide support for various audit tools, such as audit confirmations, trial balance support, and financial statement tie-outs.
• Hiring location would be Hyderabad.

The Team:

• Engagement Service Centres (ESCs) is a shared services group that provides dedicated administrative support to the Audit function.
• The group serves as hubs of skilled, dedicated resources who support engagement teams and work in multiple audit areas.
• Some services from this group include Engagement Letter ESC (ELESC), Client Acceptance ESC (CAESC), Digital Services COE and Independence Support ESC (ISESC).
• Activities performed by the ESC group are not audit-related.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting (Only B.Com), with 0-1 years of experience.
• Should be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products, especially Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Should be self-motivated, with a results-oriented mindset and strong analytical skills.
• Must have problem-solving skills and the ability to learn quickly.
• High attention to detail and the capacity to meet tight deadlines are required.
• Should possess excellent written and oral communication skills, along with good interpersonal skills.
• Should possess good interpretation skills to read, understand and apply rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
