Job Description:

• Cyient is hiring for Business Operations Executive (Male candidates Only) – Hyderabad.

Role & Responsibilities:

Should be able to handle Revenue Recognition Process for a BU, comprising the following activities:

• Monitor and Record Customer Purchase Orders in SAP.
• Preparation of Sales Order in SAP in coordination with Delivery Team.
• Creation of Project and WBS in SAP in coordination with Delivery Team.
• Understand the Scope of Project Work and Team & Leadership Involved.
• Follow up with Delivery on the Timesheet Summary & Customer Approvals.
• Recording the Approved Hours in SAP and Releasing Billing Document.
• Follow up with O2C Team on the Invoice Generation and Submission.
• Raising Vendor Related Purchase Requsitions (as and when required).
• Maintain Tracker of Billing Inputs, Billing Processed, WIP Recogntion.
• Support the Team Activities (Iinitiatives).
• Should be ood on Excel and Communication Skills.
• Should be good Team Player and be supportive to team members.
