Job Description:

• Responsible for customer service and retention: Branch Operation; Sourcing customers through referrals and outbound activities. Cross Sell of products.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Experience in Banking & Financial Service Industry or Retail Industry.
• Freshers can also apply.
• Age: 21 to 28 years.

CTC:

• CSB Bank Ltd may offer 10% to 15% increment on last CTC to candidates, based on criteria, performance track record and assessment of candidate by Selection Panel.
• In addition, the Bank will provide medical insurance coverage up to 3 lakhs and gratuity, as applicable.
• However, CTC will not be a constraint for high performing talent.
• Freshers may be offered CTC of 2.4 L.
