Eligibility Criteria:
- 0-2 years of experience in project management / being part of the operations team.
- Good communication skills in writing emails is a must.
- Good presentation skills in PPT, Coloring, formatting etc.
- Excel functions like V lookup, sorting, if, else, data cleaning etc are required.
- Good mathematical and analytical skills is must.
- Must be a team player and should be ready to work for team first.
- Skills: Project Management/Analytical skills/Excellent communication skills.
Job Description:
- Experience in Project Management – either handling of it or being a part of IT projects.
- Experience in transition / transformation project.
- Good skills in excel.
- Should know excel functions and ability to create meaningful graphs from the data.
- Should be able to mine the data that is given and take out what is required and what is relevant for the company at that point in time.
- Quick decision making in situations that should align with the organization goals and that of the clients.
- Ability to take care of the issues that are raised by clients through decision making.
- Ready to travel to locations for training, presentation etc. Also, should be able to manage everything on his / her own.
- Getting requirements from the clients and converting them in the form of configuration of the application.
