Job Description:

• Conduent is hiring for IT Operations Associate – Bangalore Location.
• Responding to Client request regarding the outputted data.
• Ready to work in rotational shifts including night shift.
• Should be ready to work in hybrid model (weekly 3 days in office).
• Trouble shooting application issues & Handling the Online calls (Bridges) for solving the issues Live.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Should be a Technical Graduate (B.E/B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech or any other graduation with working exp in IT field).
• Minimum Fresher to 3 years of experience in production control or application support role.
• Working knowledge on web technologies (IIS/.NET), databases (MS-SQL).
• Good Communication & team player.
• Knowledge on SQL queries & SNOW ticketing tool.

Note:

• Freshers should have basic knowledge in .NET & SQL database.
• Experienced applicants must have 1 year experience in .NET , SQL database & Tckecting tool.
