Job Description:

• Concentrix Catalyst Walk-In Drive Freshers For International Voice Calling/Accounts – Hyderabad.
• Work Location: Uppal, Hyderabad.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Well experienced in Accounting process, having good analytical skills.
• Involved in the preparation of reports to management about the productivity and other financial statements for Periodical Business reviews.
• Resourceful in handling various back-office functions for ensuring smooth execution of operations.
• Meeting agreed TAT with quality & timeliness.
• Well versed with auditing of International VAT and Non VAT invoices from various countries.
• Posting of Accounts Payable Requests for Payment of various countries in their respective currencies.
• Proficient in handling resolutions, router box and allocating resolved invoices to associates and get them processed on time.
• Analyzing the ledger records to resolve any invoice disputes using multiple applications.
• Performing QC activities from end to end in the process.
• Monitoring and meeting process SLAs and process KPI’s on consistent basis.
• Handling Generic Mail Box/Help desk, answering vendor inquiries for payment requests, invoice validation, invalid invoice cancellation and payment statements and client queries over email requests.
• Performing invoice and vendor payment Reconciliations.
• Preparing Disbursements and Journal Voucher to the disputed amount and sending it to client and shared services approval.
• Approved document will be scanned, and they send a microfilm scanning number to keep it as a backup proof for the adjustment entry.
• Performing invoice corrections and posting Journal entries in ERP tool.
• Consolidating vendor wise payment details on daily basis.
