Job Description:

• Cognizant is hiring for For Process Executive – Hyderabad.

Job Responsibilities:

• Moderate the content and ensure the required accuracy is maintained.
• Complete the given assignments within the defined SLA/TAT.
• Work and understand metrics to manage performance independently.
• Make the correct decisions to ensure accurate information is updated on the front-end.
• Focus on achieving 100% user satisfaction and ensure zero client escalations.

Job Expectations:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in writing, reading and speaking English & Hindi.
• Proficient in using computers and MS Office.
• Able to type 30 words per minute in the preferred language.
• Fair knowledge of navigation on Google Maps and Geography.
• Able to work in different shifts depending on business requirements.
• Good in applying theoretical knowledge into practice and make sound decisions based on predefined policies.
• Follow all compliance and security measures related to client data.
• Ensure process guidelines are followed and met as documented.
• Meet client metrics & related issues on time with highest quality, stay up to date with the process knowledge/changes.
• Refer to knowledge updates/repositories to effectively process transactions.
• Adhere to process quality metrics and strive to exceed the daily/monthly/annual quality & productivity targets.

Skills Required:

• Excellent command over communication skills and strong command over the local language/ language off support in the region (English & Hindi).
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Willing to work in a shift based work schedule.
• Sound judgment while moderating the content.
• Effectively communicate his/her thoughts in a well-organized manner.
