• Cognizant is hiring for Process Executive – Non Voice Process (Mapping) – Hyderabad.
• Domain: ITES/BPO, KPO.
• Shifts: Rotational/Flexibility to work in night shift (24/7).
• Work Location: Hyderabad – Permanent Work From Office.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Freshers with Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with all customers with customer centric mindset.
• Excellent documentation skills.
• Good comprehension skills ability to clearly understand and state the issues customers present.
