Job Description:

• Cognizant Walkin Drive Freshers For Non Voice Process (App Reviewing) – Hyderabad.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Any Graduate Passout (2021-2025).
• Excellent English Communication.
• Able to clear English and Logical Assessment.
• Comfortable with Rotational shift and Rotational week off.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Review android games/apps and classify them in to different categories based on industry wide parameters and also from a end-user perspective.
• Adhere and follow the set process compliance policies.
• Maintain the confidentiality of privileged information.
• Be an individual contributor and perform above the set QA parameters and be accountable for the success and quality of the workflow.
• Ensure that the process is followed in service operations.
• Generate new ideas and contribute in improving the defined processes by automating and reducing manual efforts.
• Identify the edge case scenarios and help clients in enhancing the game categorization and process efficiency.
• Contribute to the overall team performance by proactively sharing the best practices and knowledge gain.
