Job Description:

• Cognizant Fresher Walk in For MIS role.
• Work Location: Hyderabad.

Eligibility Criteria:

• 0-1 year of work experience.
• Good Analytical Skills.
• Self- Driven & Logical Thinker.
• Thorough understanding of the organization and business operations preferred.
• Good Written & Verbal Communication Skills.
• Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to connect with others easily.
• Extreme attention to detail, Team player with ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative and constantly evolving environment.

Preferred:

• Hands-on experience in MS Excel/Google Sheets, MS Word/Google Docs and MS Powerpoint/Google Slides.
• Knowledge of SQL/Google App-Script/PLX is added benefit.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• MIS activities for a Global project.
• Strong Logical thinking, problem solving and general troubleshooting skills.
• Provide support and maintenance to existing management information systems (MIS).
• Generate reports and distribute post reviews by the Supervisor in an accurate and timely manner.
• Provide support to update the current MIS to improve reporting efficiency and consistency.
• Perform data analysis on a periodic basis.
• Build Employee Performance score cards based on the Project’s (KPIs – Key Performance Indicators) & publish the reports on a weekly & monthly basis.
• Generate both periodic and ad hoc reports as needed for Client & Internal communication.
• Liaison with the support functions & participate in cross-functional meetings to manage & improve existing management information systems (MIS).
