Job Description:

• Cognizant is hiring for Process Executive – Voice Process (Freshers Only).
• Work Location: Chennai.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Work Experience: Freshers Only.
• Candidate should have exposure to F&A Process (Preferably in Accounts Receivable).
• Candidates who has all the semester marksheets, consolidated marksheet and provisional certificate alone can apply.

Skills:

• Basics of accounting (Accounts Receivable).
• MS office skills.
• Typing Skills.
• Communication Skills (Verbal & Written).
• Eye for details.
• Problem solving skills.
• Any Visual basic or Macro skill are additional advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Invoicing customer.
• Applying Payments to customer account.
• Run Dunning Report.
• Research customer account and communicate with Customer or client to clear customer discrepancies.
• Month end reporting.
• Periodic contract pricing updates.
