Job Description:

• Cognizant is hiring freshers as Process Executive (Google Mapping – Non Voice) – Hyderabad.
• Shift 24/7.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Any Graduate (2017 to 2021 Pass out only). If 2021 batch, candidates should have all semester marksheet.
• Freshers are most eligible, min 6 months experienced can also apply.
• Need Immediate Joiners.
• Good English Requirement & Strong Problem-Solving skill.
• Decent Communication skill.
• Should be comfortable with 24×7 work culture, rotational shifts and rotational week offs (Night Shift/ Day Shift).
• Candidate must have All the Educational Certificates, Aadhar Card, Voter ID, Pan Card (Government ID).

Job Responsibilities:

• Process Executive Non- Voice
• Working on the moderation of the listings and making sure > 98% accuracy is maintained.
• Should be able to work independently and understand his/her performance metrics.
• Track his/her own performance need to improvise based on the business requirement.
• Should be able to manage his / her own performance.
• Need to be very judgmental to make sure that the correct information updated on the map front.
• Should have knowledge of google products & services.
