Job Description:

• Cognizant is hiring Freshers For Digital Marketing.
• Domain: ITES/BPO, KPO.
• Designation: Process Executive – Voice.
• Shifts: Rotational/Flexibility to work in night shift.
• Travel: Not required.
• Work Location: Hyderabad/Gurgaon – permanent work from office.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Educational Background: Minimum Technical Graduate (BTech, BSc IT, BSC Com Sci, MCA, Etc).
• Work Experience: 0 Years to 6 Months in Digital Marketing/Certification in Digital Marketing along with good communication skills.
• Certification: Required if Fresher.

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with all customers
• Excellent documentation skills
• Good comprehension skills ability to clearly understand and state the issues customers present
• Ability to concentrate follow customers issues without distraction to resolution

• Flexible with the working schedule; may be expected to work weekends, holidays and events

• Resolving Technical complex queries, escalation channel to drive solution of B2B queries, detect and track App defects and inconsistencies, drive continuous improvement through root cause identification and defect elimination.
