Job Description:
- We are hiring Off campus Freshers candidates for our IT – Service Desk Team at Coforge, Greater Noida, Campus.

- Designation: Junior Associate – Workplace/Platform operations.
- CTC Offered INR 3.0 LPA (In Words Three Lakhs per annum only) with a service agreement bond of 2 Years amounting to INR 1.5 Lakhs (In words One Lakh & Fifty Thousand Only).
Job Responsibilities:
- Work as part of the 24×7 Shift system on the IT Service Desk.
- Answer calls & e-mails from our customers.
- Act as a point of escalation for queries from colleagues and as part of the Major Incident process.
- Assist the Service Management Specialists in the production of regular & AdHoc reports.
- Act as a champion for corporate processes such as Incident, Problem & Change management, taking feedback to develop and maintain the processes and supporting procedures, ensuring an efficient and effective consistent service is delivered in line with customer SLAs.
- Support the Service Desk Manager with people management activities such as managing staffing levels (Leave & Training).
- Assist in delivering briefings to Service Desk staff on issues or changes that may affect volumes and work patterns at the Service Desk.
Eligibility Criteria:
- 60% throughout Educational Qualification.
- BBA/BCA/BSC/BA/BCom with No Backlogs and 2024/2025 pass outs and be available for immediate joining. (2025 Batch candidates need to provide degree certificate to be eligible for Full Time employment, before your completion of degree you will be onboarded as Trainee & Stipend will be paid details will be discussed in HR Interview once you clear the full Interview Process – details below).
- Ready to work in 24/7 Environment.
- Flexible to work in Any Technology.
- Open to work at all Coforge locations, if you are selected & onboarding is done and post training you can be deployed to any Coforge Locations.
- Communication needs to be Good and Above.

- Experience working with both internal teams and external suppliers.
- Effective prioritization and execution of tasks in a high-pressure environment.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience in working within an ITIL environment.
