Job Description:

• Capgemini Fresher Graduate hiring For Chat Process – Kolkata.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Only Fresher candidates residing in Kolkata, Will be preferred.
• Candidates should be flexible with night shifts mandatorily .

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries via chat support, providing timely and effective solutions.
• Process customer requests, resolve issues, and escalate when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve process goals and objectives.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide informed assistance.
