Eligibility Criteria:

• Candidate should have very good communication skills which cannot be compromised.
• Good knowledge on Linux basics and commands, Cloud computing, Networking.
• Decent Technical Knowledge.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage Change Request Queue such as action assignment, status update, escalation, closing completion and resolution as per Sponsors standards and procedures.
• Coordinate change requests with Engineering Group, bandwidth vendors, Network Operations Center and customers.
• Report status of Change Requests to Sponsor Management a week before System Requirements Review Board.
• Handle provisioning activities using operation support system adhering to published sponsor standards.
• Comply with sponsor security configuration requirements to include system hardening.
• Determine and report unclear or new standards.
• Test manually and automatically provisioned services before customer turnover.
• Also be prepared on ITIL Process, Cloud Integration, Networking, Data Center.
• Determine, suggest and execute innovations for rapid provisioning with sponsor approval.
