• Candidate must have excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Accurate data reporting for Payroll input.
• Should be comfortable with 6 days working.
• Can Join immediately.

Job Description:

• Screening candidates and identifying right candidates as per the requirement.
• Calling on employee referral portal/email referrals/historical data, and lining up candidates as per hiring requirements.
• Should be willing to run extra mile and take up new challenges
• Conducting interviews and maintaining track of each candidate.
• Understanding on sourcing & market/ competition
