Job Description:

1. Seller Support Executive (Level 3):

• Experience Range: 0 – 4 Years.
• Job Type: Full Time Employee.
• Nature of Work : Call and Email Support.
• Graduates Only.
• Support Amazon Sellers Globally over calls and emails.
• Rotational Shifts including night shifts.

2. Transaction Risk Investigator (Level 3):

• Work Experience: 0 – 4 years.
• Job Type: Fixed Term Contract (1 Year).
• Nature of Work: Risk Investigation.
• Graduation Mandatory.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and make complex investigation decisions.
• Rotational Shifts including night shifts.

3. Tron Associate (Level 2):

• Work Experience: 0 – 2 years.
• Job Type: Full Time Employee.
• Nature of Work: Backed Transaction.
• Graduation Mandatory.
• Remote Associate provides supervisory control when automated tasks fail for any reason.
• Rotational Shifts including night shifts.

4. Market Place Business Ops (Level 3):

• Work Experience: 0 – 3 years.
• Job Type: Full Time Employee.
• Nature of Work: Catalog Management.
• Graduation Mandatory.
• Primarily be responsible for driving increased data quality and solving challenging operational business goals.
