Seller Support (Level 3):
- Graduates eligible only.
- Minimum Qualification: Graduation.
- Work experience: 0 to 4 years (Max).
- Shifts: Rotational and Night Shifts.
- Supporting Amazon sellers over email with queries.
- Experience within a customer service environment preferred.
- Technical (Computers & Internet) savvy is required.
- Business acumen in areas of e-commerce and retail.
- Committed seller advocate, drive process & tool improvements.
- Excellent Written and spoken Communication Skills.
- Excellent problem Solving Skills.
- Flexible to work in shifts and staggered week offs.
- Language: English.
- Immediate Joiners Only.
