Job Description:

• AGS Health Exclusive is hiring For Trainee Process Associates for International Non-Voice Process.
• Process: International Non Voice Process.
• Shift Timing: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM or 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (US Shift).
• Should be flexible for both the shifts.
• Transport: Free two-way cab facility (as per boundary limits).
• Work Location: Chennai OMR (Kandanchavadi & Ambattur).

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Analyze and resolve outstanding AR through research and client calls.
• Utilize all available tools and systems to ensure claim resolution, payment, appeals, adjustments, or patient transfers.
• Identify and report recurring issues or denial trends to the reporting manager.
• Achieve defined production and quality targets (SLAs).
• Document outcomes accurately in the billing system.
• Follow standard policies and procedures (P&Ps) and stay updated on process changes.
• Continuously improve performance based on feedback and audits.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate Fresher – BBA, BA, BCom, BCA, BSc (Physics, Chemistry, CS, Maths).
• Passed out year 2020 to 2025.
• B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech/MCA/MBA/Diploma candidates are not eligible.

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal & written communication.
• Strong analytical and logical skills.
• Willingness to work on night shifts.
