Eligibility Criteria:

Technical Support Associate (Voice Process):

• Fresh BE/BTech/BSc/MSc/BCA/MCA/BCom (Computers) graduates (2016 batch only).
• 60% plus marks throughout the academics.
• Basic knowledge in SQL language.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and Internet applications.
• Strong analytical skills, should have an eye for detail.
• Willing to work in different time zones/late night shifts.
• Extremely service oriented with willingness to learn new things.

US Taxation (Semi Voice):

• Fresher BA, BCom, MA, MCom, BHM (2016 batch only).
• 60% plus throughout their academics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and interfacing skills.
• Willing to work in different time zones.
• Candidates with good knowledge of Internet Application, MS-Word and MS-Excel will have an added advantage.

UK MS Payroll (Voice Process):

• Fresher BA, BCom, MA, MCom, BHM (2016 batch only).
• 60% plus throughout their academics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willing to work in Inbound/Outbound support to International Call Centers via telephone.
• Good decision making skills & analytical skills.
• Extremely service oriented with willingness to learn new things.
• Willing to work in different time zones/late night shifts.
