Job Description:

• Will be responsible for timely & accurate processing and auditing of Organization Management Data Elements within GlobalView, ADPs international HRIS system.
• Ensure global mobility for data of inpats/ expats is properly maintained. Partner with each functional area to ensure they are aware of their responsibilities.
• Ensures compliance with global process and data governance as well as ensures accuracy and integrity through transactional processing of global data.
• Processes Cross Border Manager data, communicating with field managers and HR Business Partners to ensure they have proper tools and training to address this populations data across HRIS systems.
• Provide support to international field associates; managers and HR Business Partners on GlobalView usage and navigation through inbound calls or web to case resolution.
• Provide functional expertise on system integrations, improvements, and upgrades.
