Job Description:

• ADP is Hiring Freshers for Associate Integration Consultant (2024 Passed out).
• As a member of ADPs Global Integration Center, the Integration Consultant is the primary technical and functional expert implementing integration solutions.
• This role is responsible for managing client expectations, planning, monitoring, controlling, and reporting on the project to meet agreed deliverables, scheduled time frames, and allocated budgets.
• Additionally, this role contributes to the continuous improvement of our methodology.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Any Graduates in Engineering/Computer Science/Computer Application.
• Able to understand/estimate Partner effort by analyzing requirements, and project plans, etc.
• Basic Payroll Knowledge, Human Capital Management
• Should also be able to understand the English accent spoken across European countries whose first language is not English and communicate to them appropriately.
• Good knowledge of validating and formatting data using Microsoft Excel.
• Proven ability to analyze requirements

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Functional owner of data integration into Celergo.
• Facilitates client data mapping and translations to Celergo and/or ADP Partner Payroll data structures and values.
• Responsible for client data conversion, load and verification.
• Advises client based on previous experiences with similar HCM Integrations like Workday, Oracle, SuccessFactors, etc.
• Partners with Payroll Lead Consultant regarding configuration and readiness of foundational data.
• Responsible for the quality of the integration solution and operational level client satisfaction.
• Responsible for transitioning client and pertinent technical artifacts into client services.
• Any additional tasks assigned by the Team Leader / Department Manager.
• Work in Spain shift timings (Work Hours: April to October 12.30 PM to 9.30 PM and November to March 1.30 PM to 10.30 PM) primarily and flexible to move to other time zones if business demands in future.
