• Any Graduate Except Computer Stream Students.
• Preferred Qualification: BCom, BBA, MBA (HR) with 70% and above.

Job Responsibilities:

What you’ll do

• As a Payroll Process Trainee, you will assist in payroll processing by providing inputs and preparation of pay sheets for clients.
• Receive input from clients.
• Preparation of import files and upload it into the payroll engine.
• All processing to be done using ADP payroll engine.
• Adhere to ADPs quality standards, policies & procedures.
• Process and prepare pay sheets which are to be presented to the checker for validation.

Bonus points if you have these:

• Knowledge on payroll is an added advantage.
• Ability to showcase working knowledge on basic Excel is expected.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong aptitude to learn the payroll software application.
• Basic knowledge in PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity, LWF and Taxation.
• Ability to work under time constraints to ensure deadlines are met.
