Job Description:
- International Voice/Semi Voice Process under BPO industry involving interaction with our Global Clients/Customers and resolving customer issues over both Inbound/Outbound calls.
- Shifts: Rotational Shifts or Fixed Night Shifts.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate Freshers and Experienced.
- Freshers to 4 years Experience (looking for Immediate Joiners).
- Undergraduates (10+2) / BE, BTech with min 6 months experience in Customer Support BPO only.
- Undergraduates Freshers / BE / BTech Freshers / Any Post Graduates CANNOT APPLY.
Desired Skills:
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Experience in BPO Voice Domestic/International.
- Only candidates with excellent communication skills will be shortlisted.
Documents Required:
Mandatory Documents (2 sets of Photocopy) to be carried at the time of interview:
- Updated Resume.
- PAN Card.
- Address Proof (Aadhar Card/Passport/Voter Id).
- All Marks Cards (10th and 12th/Graduation/Post Graduation) with Provisional Degree Certificate/Convocation Certificate.
