Job Description:

• Accenture is hiring for Customer Service New Associate – Pune.

What would you do?

• Money Movement Services (MMS) team’s objective is to process work related to transferring funds from external carriers into TIAA retirement account of the Plan Participant.
• The function involves verification/validation of information provided in Asset Transfer Forms and generating Letter of Acceptance to financial institutes, carriers and plan participants.
• Retirement solution is a comprehensive process to understand how much money you will need when you retire.
• Retirement solution also helps you identify the bestProcess of inputting, updating, or managing information in various digital formats.
• This includes tasks such as typing data into spreadsheets or databases, verifying accuracy, and ensuring that information is organized and accessible.
• Data entry services are often outsourced to specialized providers for efficiency and accuracy in handling large volumes of data.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Perform all Money Movement Services functions in accordance with the SOP.
• Reviewing information provided by the plan participant in the Asset Transfer Forms.
• Research /validate if there are any plan restrictions that will stop the rollovers in.
• Request and send appropriate Letter of acceptance to carriers and plan participants.
• Follow-up mailings and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Funds Validation.
• Manage assigned cases in time with accuracy.
• Adhere to the Service levels & meet the desired numbers monthly.
