Job Description:

• Accenture is hiring for Engineering Services Associate – Bangalore.
• Job Type: Full Time.
• We are looking for Aerospace/Automotive design engineers to perform 3D design, drafting, tolerancing, manufacturing engineering support for building Aerospace and automotive systems, cabin, structure, and to prepare technical documentations, instructions, and manuals.
• Your primary responsibilities will be to design and document.
• Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality product is essential.

What you would do in this role:

• Collaborating with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to translate conceptual ideas into detailed design solutions for aerospace and automotive components, systems or mechanical structures.
• Gain Knowledge on industry specific process, methods, and tools.
• Utilizing CAD software (e.g., CATIA, SolidWorks,) to create 3D models, assemblies, and detailed engineering drawings.
• Conducting engineering stress analysis and simulations (e.g., Finite Element Analysis – FEA) to validate designs and ensure performance, reliability, and manufacturability.
• Participating in design reviews, documenting design specifications and technical reports to communicate findings and recommendations effectively.
• Keeping abreast of industry standards, best practices, emerging technologies in aerospace, automobile and mechanical engineering design.
• Conducting research, performing calculations, and creating technical documentation to support engineering projects.
• Support engineering team to execute their work fast and efficiently.

Who are we looking for?

• Relevant internship or project experience in aerospace, automotive, or related industries. will be added advantage.

Eligibility Criteria:

• All streams/branches of B.E/B.Tech – Mechanical, Aeronautical, Electrical & Electronics, Industrial Engineering, Automotive Engineering (and their sub branches) with any year of passout until 2024– full-time education only (Part-time and distance educations are not considered).
• Note: MBA /PGDBM candidates are not eligible to apply for this role.
• No active backlogs during application and/or during onboarding.
• You should have completed your relevant degree (eligible for this job role), in the stipulated duration of the degree. Hence, there should be no gaps during the course of your degree. (Eg: You must complete your B.Tech in 4 years).
• Candidate should not have appeared for Accenture Recruitment assessment/interview process in the last three months.
• Candidate should not have more than 23 months of experience.
• Candidates must be eligible to work in India either by citizenship/ have relevant work permit documents.
• Please note that Bhutan and Nepal nationals can work in India without a need for obtaining a work visa. All other foreign nationals require work visa or an Overseas Citizenship of India (OCI) or Person of Indian Origin (PIO) card to work in India.
• You are willing to work in any Business Unit/Service line within the company.
• You are willing to join /relocate to any Accenture office across India.
