About the Role:

• We are looking for enthusiastic graduates who are passionate about Digital Marketing and Online Advertising.
• As a Digital Marketing Associate, you will support Ads campaigns, analyze performance data, resolve advertiser queries, and assist customers through phone, email, or chat.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and optimize Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Video.
• Monitor campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities.
• Analyze campaign metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, Conversions, and ROAS.
• Troubleshoot basic campaign and account-related issues.
• Provide customer support via Phone, Email, and Chat.
