Job Description:

• Capgemini is hiring freshers for Accounting & Finance.
• Work Location: Bangalore.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Knowledge of accounting fundamentals and bookkeeping.
• Familiarity with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Basic knowledge of Tally ERP, SAP, Oracle, or other accounting software is preferred.
• Good analytical and numerical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a deadline-driven environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update accounting records and financial transactions.
• Process invoices, payments, receipts, and journal entries.
• Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Perform bank reconciliations and verify financial data accuracy.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
• Prepare and maintain financial reports, spreadsheets, and MIS reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments and vendors regarding financial queries.
• Ensure proper filing and documentation of financial records.
• Support audits by providing required documents and information.
