Job Description:

• Firstsource is hiring for Technical Voice Process Customer Support.
• Role: Technical Support Executive/Customer Support Associate.
• Employment Type: Full-Time.
• Work Mode: Work From Office.
• Shift: Rotational/US shifts depending on process.
• Week Off: Rotational.
• Cab Facility: Depending on company/process eligibility.
• Work Location: Bangalore.

Job Summary:

• We are looking for enthusiastic Freshers to join our Technical Voice Process team in Bangalore.
• The selected candidates will be responsible for handling customer calls, understanding technical issues, providing basic troubleshooting support, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
• This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to start their career in Customer Support, Technical Support, and BPO operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls professionally.
• Understand customer concerns and provide accurate resolutions.
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to products, applications, devices, connectivity, or services.
• Guide customers step-by-step through troubleshooting procedures.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate technical team.
• Maintain accurate customer interaction records in CRM/tools.
• Follow defined process, quality, compliance, and customer-service guidelines.
• Achieve assigned productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Maintain professional communication throughout every customer interaction.

Eligibility Criteria:
