Job Description:

• Tech Mahindra is conducting Walk-in Drive for multiple processes.
• Profile – Customer Support Associate
• Work Location: Noida.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming phone calls.
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
• Identify and assess customer’s’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduation is required.
• Freshers & Experienced both are eligible.
• Good English communication skill is required.
• Salary will depend on communication skills and previous experience.
• 5 days working with rotational shifts and off.
• Immediate joiners are required.
