Job Description:

• CSG is hiring for Systems Administrator Grad.
• The Systems Administrator Grad is responsible for Remote administration of Windows production and non-production environments.
• You will be a Systems Administrator Grad within the Global Delivery team.
• Job Type: Full Time.
• Work Type: Hybrid Working.
• Work Location: PAN India (Remote).

Eligibility Criteria:

We are looking for candidates who have:

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems or a related discipline.
• 0-1 year of experience in Windows system administration.
• Knowledge in any virtualization technology preferably VMware.
• Knowledge in Active Directory and Group Policy Objects (GPOs), including creating and managing user accounts, permissions, and organizational units.
• Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining Microsoft Windows Server environments (2019/2022/2025).
• Understanding of code and script using Python and PowerShell.
• Exposure to one or more cloud technologies Ex: Azure, AWS.
• Knowledge in Microsoft office tools Ex: MS word, Excel, Power point, Power BI etc…
• Maintain and update runbooks and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Exposure to or a strong theoretical understanding of SCCM/MECM processes (patching, software packaging).
• Monitor SCCM client health, manage boundaries, and run queries/reports for hardware and software inventory.
• Knowledge in ITIL processes.

Job Responsibilities:

• Must be able to prioritize and manage issues of varying complexity and criticality.
• Provide assistance with problem diagnosis and be able to resolve 90% of issues before escalating to the next tier level of support.
• You will correctly decide when to escalate to more senior personnel during priority 1 or 2 issues that fall outside of their experience level.
• You will create and follow work plans and understand associated documentation and comply with Change Management policies.
• You will perform daily operational checks, reviews event management alerts and e-mails, and assists with automation.
• You will perform server maintenance during approved windows, some of which are after the normal business day and on weekends.
• You will support On-Call operations to provide 24x7x365 support to maintain customer OLAs and SLAs.
• Administer and support Microsoft SQL Server instances across development, staging, and production environments.
