Job Description:

• Infosys BPM is hiring Voice Process Professionals for International Customer Support.

• Role: International Customer Support Voice Process.

• Mode: 100% Work from Office.
• Shifts: Night Shifts | Rotational Week Offs.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Any Full Time Graduate (15 years of education).
• Postgraduates are not eligible.

General Skills:

• Strong communication & soft skills.

• Professional call handling.

Technical Skills:

• Understanding of basic processes & workflows.
• Quick learner, techsavvy, and adaptable.

Mandatory Requirements:

• International Voice Support experience.
• Excellent English communication skills (Speak/Read/Write).

• Willingness to work night shifts.

• Handle international customer interactions via voice support.
• Resolve queries with empathy and professionalism.
