Job Description:

• Accenture Walk-in Drive For Customer Support (International Voice Process).
• Shift Timings: UK/US – Night Shift – (24/7) (Rotational week Off).
• Work Mode: Work from Office.
• Work Location: Mumbai, (Vikhroli-MDC2).

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Any Graduation-Freshers/HSC Passed with 1 Year exp can apply.
• Experience: 1 to 4 years.
• Skill: Inbound Sales Representative Associate – (Voice Process -International Process).

Requirements:

• Should have excellent Oral and written communication skills.
• You should be flexible to work in any shift.
• Provide high quality Tier 2 Customer Support service to Customers with complete focus on 100% issue resolution and 100% customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to Client defined as well as internally defined processes and procedures while handling Inbound calls.
• Walk customers/ Provide navigational support on self-service portal.
