• Minimum Qualification is 10+2 (Pass).
• Any Graduate/PG is eligible to apply.
• Fresher can apply.
• Freshers as well as experienced candidates are welcome.
• Candidates should NOT be pursuing regular college education.
• Candidates with BPO experience would have edge.
• Candidates from Pune.
• Excellent English communication is Mandate.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills required.
• Willingness to work from office is mandatory
• Candidates should be comfortable working in a voice process
• Should be comfortable to work for Night Shifts and flexible shift/week offs.
• Willingness to work in night shifts.

Compensation & Other Benefits:

• Salary Base Pay: 385,000 to 456,750 LPA/-.

Additional Benefits:

• Zeta Meal Card – INR 1100/month i.e. INR 13200/- PA.
• Health insurance benefits up to INR 5.0 Lacs.
• Night Shift Allowance – INR 150/shift.
• Overtime Allowance as per business requirement.
• 5-day working week with 2 consecutive days off. (The off days change based on business requirement).
