Job Description:

• Firstsource Walkin For HR Recruiter – Bangalore.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate/Postgraduate (Freshers and 0-1 years of experience are welcome).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive mindset with strong sourcing and networking abilities.
• Ability to generate employee referrals and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Source potential candidates through job portals (Naukri), social media, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to on boarding.
• Actively drive employee referral programs and generate quality referrals.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.an yg
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience by maintaining clear and timely communication.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and update candidate status regularly.
