Job Description:

• Cogent Data Solutions is hiring freshers for Domestic IT Recruiter.
• Timings: 06:30 PM 03:30 AM IST
• Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred,
• Work Location: Hyderabad (HITEC City).

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduation in any stream.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (mandatory).
• Eagerness to learn about the US IT recruitment lifecycle and technical roles.
• Familiarity with sourcing tools like job boards and LinkedIn (added advantage).
• Ability to adapt and perform in a fast-paced, night-shift work environment.
• Proactive, organized, and motivated to build a long-term career in recruitment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support end-to-end recruitment for IT positions under the guidance of senior recruiters.
• Collaborate with the team to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
• Source potential candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
• Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, follow-ups, and feedback with candidates and clients.
• Maintain accurate and updated records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Participate in training sessions to gain an in-depth understanding of the US IT recruitment process and technical hiring landscape.

Note:

• Exceptional communication skills are mandatory for this role.
• This is a purely night-shift position.
