Job Description:

•  [24]7.ai is Hiring for Customer Service Representative – Hyderabad.
• We are excited to announce immediate openings for International Voice Process Customer Support roles.
• The primary role of an agent is to provide service to the customer over a call and provide resolution accordingly.

Salary Structure:

• Voice Process: 19k to 28K(Take home Salary after deductions).

Job Requirements:

• Provide support and resolve issues via call and other electronic communication.
• Good verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Rendering services to customers and ensuring satisfactory.

Job Details:

• Rotational US shifts, including midnight shifts.
• 5 days working; 2 rotational week-offs (no fixed days off on Saturday and Sunday).
• Students pursuing regular college education are not eligible.
• Educational certificates are mandatory.
• Must be flexible to work from the office.

Skills Required:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Strong multitasking and coordination skills.
• Excellent judgment to evaluate situations and provide effective solutions.
• Willingness and ability to work in rotational shifts (24×7).
• Need to have knowledge on Sales.
