Job Description:

• HERE Technologies is hiring for Trainee.
• Trainee would be trained on market insights, business use case.
• HERE is serving, proprietary software, tools and basic navigation attributes to HERE digital map database.
• This role requires to learn specific instructions, procedures and defined processes.
• Mode: Work from Office only from Monday to Friday – 8 AM to 5 PM.
• Work Location: Airoli West, Navi Mumbai.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor’s Degree (Completed in 2023, 2024, 2025).
• BE/BTech & Masters in any field not eligible.
• Basic computer skills with knowledge of office software applications.
• Basic analytical, innovative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Basic written and oral communication skills.

Main Responsibilities:

• Skill development on proprietary tools and limited functions
• Work with proprietary tools, using source material to apply basic navigation attributes including but not limited to: names, addresses, speed categories, functional class entry of roadways, intersection coding, restricted driving maneuvers, administrative and postal coding as well as various other basic attribute coding
• Maintain compliance with database specifications, ensuring the quality criteria is met along with baseline speed and project requirements
• Complete all assigned tasks in a timely manner. (may be provided team based assignment as applicable).
• Collaborate with co-workers to make sure that the maps created are stable and correct and are in agreement with the regional map standards.
• Ensure compliance to the defined organizational processes with respect to work completion, reporting, time tracking, leaves, etc.
