Job Description:

• We are hiring for the International Voice Process at [24]7.ai.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing customer support and resolving issues through calls and other electronic communications.

Job Details:

• Rotational US shifts, including midnight shifts.
• 5 days working; 2 rotational week-offs (no fixed days off on Saturday and Sunday).
• Students pursuing regular college education are not eligible.
• Educational certificates are mandatory.
• Must be flexible to work from the office.
• Relevant experience in international voice process with customer interaction (on papers) is required.
• Immediate joiners preferred, based on the company’s requirements.

Salary:

• 19,000 to 39,000 (take-home after deductions).
• The final take-home salary will be based on interview performance and relevant work experience in international voice support.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Work Experience: 0-4 years in a similar role.
• Age Criteria: 18years to 37 years.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Strong multitasking and coordination skills.
• Excellent judgment to evaluate situations and provide effective solutions.
• Willingness and ability to work in rotational shifts (24×7).
