Job Description:

• We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Executives.
• The role involves assisting customers with queries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive experience across all interactions.
• Transport: 2-way transport provided.
• Schedule: 5-day work week (2 rotational week offs).
• Work Mode: Work from Office.
• Work Location: Hyderabad.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduation mandatory (Provisional degree certificate required).
• Result-pending candidates are not eligible.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats professionally.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries efficiently.
• Maintain high standards of communication and empathy while addressing concerns.
• Document interactions and update systems as per process guidelines.
• Meet or exceed daily and monthly targets for quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in training and calibration sessions to stay updated on processes and policies.
