Job Description:

• Tech Mahindra is hiring for Voice Process Executive (Domestic Process) – Hyderabad.
• Employment Type: Full-time.
• Salary Package: 2.0 LPA 2.7 LPA (based on experience and performance)
• Working Days: 5 Days Working.
• Shifts: Rotational Shifts (Day & Night as per business requirement).
• Week Off: 2 Rotational Week Offs.
• Transportation: No Cab Facility.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Educational Qualification: 10+2/Graduate (Any Stream).
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, or regional languages.
• Comfortable with rotational shifts.
• Age Limit: Candidates below 30 years (not equal to or above 30).

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
