• Cogent Data Solutions (CDS) is hiring Freshers for Domestic IT Recruiter – Hyderabad.
• Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days.
• Reporting to HR Manager.
• Work Location: Madhapur (Hyderabad).

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate (Any Field).
• Work Experience: Looking for Freshers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong decision-making skills.

Job Responsibilities: 

• Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates.
• Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
• Screen candidate’s resumes and job applications.
• Assess applicant’s relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
• Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated.
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
• Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports.
